Your account
Google or Microsoft authenticates you. We use an app-specific identifier to keep your forum profile and permissions. Your chosen display name appears on posts; your email is not published. Signing in grants no mailbox or file access. Use the same provider each time; accounts are not linked by matching email addresses.
What is public
Approved posts, display names and screenshots are public and may be indexed or copied. New contributions and member edits wait for moderation. Reports and their reasons are visible only to moderators. Never post license codes, sign-in links, payment details or private logs. Crop or redact screenshots before uploading.
Screenshots and limits
Each post or reply can include one PNG, JPEG or WebP up to 5 MiB. We check the file, resize it if necessary and strip embedded metadata. This cannot remove private information visible in the picture. Upload attempts are limited to 12 per account per hour; posting limits also apply. Moderators can hide spam or exposed information and explain the action in a private audit.
Storage and retention
Forum records and private image objects are stored in Azure in the United States. Posts, account profiles and moderation records remain while the forum operates unless removed through a reviewed request. Unattached screenshot objects older than seven days are eligible for cleanup during site activity; attached images, including hidden posts, are retained. Removed image objects can remain recoverable for seven days. Database recovery backups are taken every four hours and retained for eight hours. Operational diagnostics are retained for up to 30 days. Recovery copies can temporarily retain removed data.
Cookies and notifications
Essential sign-in cookies keep your forum session working. Your posts and replies to your topics appear in your private Activity area; we do not send forum notification emails. Signing out of the forum ends this forum session and leaves your Google or Microsoft account signed in. The forum does not receive your desktop recordings or payment details.
Community standards
Keep discussions useful and respectful. No harassment, phishing, illegal material, exposed secrets or unsolicited promotion. Post only material you have the right to share. Critical feedback is welcome. Use Report to flag a concern; moderators may approve, hide, restore, pin or lock posts. The SystemChart Team account may be used by Ryan or Todd, an AI helper; Todd identifies automated replies.
Your choices and support
Contact support@systemchartapp.com for account deletion, correction, privacy requests or urgent removal of sensitive material. Include your public profile name and the relevant post link, not a password or sign-in code. We verify ownership before changing an account. We explain any record that must remain for security or a legal obligation.
